Where is 528?

528 Ibiza is located in the Benimussa Hills on the West Coast of Ibiza. Approximately 5 minutes drive from San Antoni de Portmany and 20 minutes from Ibiza Town.

Why is the venue called 528?

528 Hz is a harmonic vibration known as the ‘Love Frequency’. It is a tone said to lift your heart, connect you to nature and has been used since ancient civilizations to manifest miracles, heal the mind and create wonder. This is exactly what we want to achieve with every guests experience at 528.

How can I find out what's on?

Each week we have an amazing line up featuring our cabaret show, live music, DJs, incredible food and drinks and more. Check out the events calendar on our website here to find out what is happening across the Teatro and Gardens and plan your visit.

What options can you book at 528 Ibiza?

Our newly expanded site is currently made up of 2 main areas, our indoor Teatro and outdoor Garden venue each with their own programme of events across the week.

Although they are independent spaces from one another on your visit you can explore both. You may decide to relax and have a drink in the Gardens before the Show for example.

The Gardens are free to enter whereas for the Teatro you will need a table reservation.

Are children allowed?

Yes, in our Garden minors are welcome with the supervision of an adult.

For the Frequency of Love cabaret show we accept children over the age of 12 years old, with the supervision of an adult. Children must leave the 528 site by midnight.

What's the easiest way to get to 528?

The easiest way to get to 528 Ibiza is by car either by taxi or driving.

Is there parking?

Yes, we have a free to use car park for all guests.

A Valet Parking service is included for VIP and Gold Show Table reservations. If you would like to use this service there may be an additional charge.

Show FAQs

What are the options to see the show?

All our Teatro shows are seated with 3 options available:

Gold Tables: they are tables located with direct views of the stage and can be reserved with minimum food and drink spend per person of €250 (up to 10 people). Valet parking is included.

Silver Tables: they are tables located on the sides and rear areas of the stage and can be reserved with minimum food and drink spend per person of €150 (up to 10 people).

VIP table: The best table in the house can be reserved with minimum food and drink spend of €5000 (up to 9 people). It includes access to a secret room for the exclusive use of this table and Valet Parking. The price does not vary regardless of being 5 people to 9 people, it is a fixed price.

How do I book a table?

To book online

Click any Book Show button on our website and use the calendar to make your reservation. Choose the day, the option, the number of people and your preferred arrival time.

You will receive a link to our payment platform and once all these steps have been successfully completed, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your reservation.

Our reservation hours are from Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 9 pm.

Can I choose my exact table?

All tables are allocated by area either Silver, Gold or VIP which all offer great views of the show. We don’t offer specific seating but if you have a request we will try and take this into account.

What is a minimum spend?

The ‘Minimum Spend’ is the minimum amount your group will need to spend on food or drinks during the show. You pay this as a deposit in advance to secure your table and it is given back to you in full as credit to spend on the night.

For example if you reserve a Gold Table for 4 people the total cost of the reservation is €1000. On the night you would receive €1000 credit to spend on food and drinks of your choice.

If you exceed your minimum spend credit, you will need to pay the additional balance on the night. If you do not use your full credit the remainder is non-refundable.

What time does the show start?

The whole show experience begins at 8:45 pm on the Terrace, where you can enjoy a cocktail or a non-alcoholic drink before being shown to your Table in the Teatro.

The show begins at 22:00 inside our restaurant and ends at 00:00.

What is on the menu?

Our show a la carte menu is made up of local and international dishes designed to share created by our chefs Gonzalo Araguez and Massimo Bartelloni. Vegan and vegetarian options are available.

Our drinks menu has been specially created by one the best mixologists on the island, led by the world cocktail champion Alberto Pizarro.

For bookings over 15 people, we operate with a special group menu with 3 options to choose from.

What happens when I give my credit card information?

Once you have made your reservation request and have accepted the conditions and terms of 528 Ibiza, you will receive a link to our payment platform where you must register your credit card details.

By registering your data you are accepting the conditions and terms of 528 Ibiza. After making a pre-authorization or payment according to the conditions of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.

Can I change my booking?

If you wish to change your booking you will need to get in contact with our reservations team via email as soon as possible to discuss your options.

  • More than 1 week in advance of the reservation date you can move to another date of the same year (Subject to availability)
  • Less than 1 week in advance of the reservation date you can move to another date within 30 days of your original reservation date (Subject to availability)
  • Less than 3 days before the show we are unable to change your reservation date.

Any date changes must be sent in writing via email.

Can I cancel my booking?

Non Groups (Up to 9 pax)

  • Non-group Tables canceled in writing 24 hours in advance won’t ́be charged.
  • Non-group Tables canceled within less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the pre-authorised total amount. 

All cancellations must be requested by email to reservations@528ibiza.com

We will proceed to charge the total amount of the reservation if the guests do not present themselves at the booked reservation and this booking will be canceled as a no-show. 

Groups (From 10 pax) or VIP

Through a link to our payment platform, payment must be made (50% of the total amount) 7 days prior to the date of the event in order to pre-confirm your reservation. This amount will be considered as your deposit with 528. 

You will receive a second payment link regarding the remaining 50% of the booking. This amount will be considered as your final confirmation of your booking.

No show or group tables cancelled on the night of the booking will be charged the 100% of the total amount per person

What if I'm running late or miss my reservation time?

If you are running late for your reservation time our team would always appreciate being notified of any unforeseen events as soon as possible.

Please remember that your table will only be kept for a period of 30 minutes after the confirmed reservation time, 528 Ibiza reserves the right to modify the capacity or sell the table after this point.

Garden FAQs

What are the Gardens?

Our Garden, is an open air space with a lot of style, and an incomparable atmosphere. The central ampitheatre hosts events from DJs and live musicians with seating options and very cozy bar area surrounding it. Gastronomic street food options are available to order.

Are the Gardens free?

Yes! Entrance to any of the events in the Garden is free, everyone is welcome. 528 Ibiza reserves the right of admission.

Are there seating options?

Yes our Gardens have different seating options available on a first come first served basis.

Can I book a table in advance?

Yes, you can reserve a table in advance with a deposit per person starting from €50 (minimum two people). This will be returned to you in full to spend on food and drink.

Do I get the show included in my Garden reservation?

No, joining the guestlist or reserving a table in the Gardens does not include seeing the Show, this would require a separate booking.

What is on the menu?

The Gardens have a variety of Street Food options available at each event. Our talented chefs Gonzalo Araguez and Massimo Bartelloni will take you on a magical culinary journey around the globe, creating street food with a special 528 twist. Using mainly local, fresh ingredients all of our dishes are perfect for sharing.
