Do I need to arrive at a certain time?
Yes, all table guests must arrive for most events by 20:00. There may be some exceptions so please check the times when reserving. If you’re running late, please let us know but be aware that your table may be resold to avoid delays for other guests.
How does the private parking work?
We can reserve one parking space per booking on site.
How does the minimum spend work?
Your total minimum spend is fully redeemable against food and drinks at the venue on the day of your booking. Any unused credit is non-refundable.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining 75% payable on the day. Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If you cannot attend, we will offer an alternative date when possible.
