528 Ibiza is located just outside of San Antonio, approximately a 7-minute drive away. Ibiza Airport, Ibiza Town, and Playa d’en Bossa are all around 20 minutes by car.
Recommended Transport Options:
Taxi: The quickest and most convenient way to reach the venue. Taxis are readily available in San Antonio and across the island.
Shuttle Bus: For select events, shuttle buses will operate between San Antonio Bus Station and the venue. Please check the event details to confirm availability.

Driving is discouraged as parking is limited and only available at some events.Please check the event details to confirm availability. To respect our neighbours parking is not permitted on surrounding roads.
Walking is not advised. The venue is in a rural area, and the surrounding roads are busy with fast-moving traffic, making them unsafe for pedestrians.
Parking
Parking is extremely limited and only available for select events. If parking is offered, spaces must be reserved in advance and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the event details to confirm parking availability.

No parking on surrounding roads: To respect our neighbors and maintain the local environment, parking on nearby roads is strictly prohibited. Vehicles left in unauthorized areas may be towed.
Alternative transport recommended: Due to limited parking, we strongly encourage guests to use taxis or shuttle buses for a hassle-free arrival and departure.
Carpooling: If driving is necessary, we recommend carpooling to reduce traffic congestion and make the most of available spaces.
Entry
Event Ticket: Have your ticket downloaded to your device or printed for scanning at the door. Internet and mobile signal are limited, so download your ticket in advance.
ID Requirement: A valid photo ID is required for entry
Security Checks: Bag checks and security screenings will take place at the entrance. Please do not bring any prohibited items.
+ Any food, soft drinks, alcohol or refreshment containers.
+ Drugs (including legal highs) and other controlled substances – anyone found to be in possession of illegal substances will be ejected.
+ Anything else that interferes with the event or the enjoyment of the event by others, compromises public safety or could be used as an offensive weapon.
+ Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment, zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices.
Residency Checks: Certain ticket types require proof of residency. If applicable, ensure you have valid documentation.
Once inside the event, re-admission is not permitted.
Inside the Venue
Bar & Payment Options: Bars at the venue accept cash and card and offer a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Food Availability: Our food outlet is open at most events and accept cash and card payments.

Be prepared: Our outdoor shows take place during the summer, and temperatures can be very high. Prepare accordingly by staying hydrated, wearing light clothing, and using sun protection.
Stay Hydrated: We encourage guests to drink plenty of water throughout the evening.
Medical Assistance: If you feel unwell at any point, please seek help from our onsite medical team or event staff.
Accessibility
528 Ibiza aims to make its events accessible as possible for customers with access requirements.
We have on site accessible facilities, including: access points for wheelchairs, accessible toilets and stage viewing areas with limited seating that operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Venue staff and security will be on hand to help accessible customers to these areas, if needed.
Leaving the Venue
Respect the Area: Please leave quietly and respectfully to avoid disturbing local residents.
No Re-Entry: Once you have left the venue, re-admission is not permitted.
Plan your journey home in advance by taxi or shuttle bus to ensure a safe and stress-free departure.
